A fotógrafa italiana, radicada em Boipeba, Cristina Cenciarelli será a convidada de dezembro do Projeto Modos de Ver. A fotógrafa apresentará seu trabalho e compartilhará seus olhares, técnicas e estilo com profissionais, estudantes e amantes da fotografia nos dias 5, 6 e 7 de dezembro, no auditório do Palacete.
No primeiro dia (5), Cristina Cenciarelli falará sobre suas experiências e o seu processo de criação até o ato fotográfico na palestra O fotógrafo por ele mesmo, no segundo dia (6) a fotógrafa e os participantes sairão a campo para a Feira de São Joaquim, em Salvador, e no terceiro dia (7), Cenciarelli fará uma análise do material produzido pelos participantes durante a saída fotográfica.
Sobre a artista
Cristina Cenciarelli, italiana, fotógrafa de publicidade, teatro e cinema, com trabalhos publicados em revistas italianas e estrangeiras, é autora e curadora de várias publicações de fotos e de textos. Na Ilha de Boipeba (Bahia), onde vive há seis anos, está criando um arquivo fotográfico e áudio sobre as memórias dos velhos de Boipeba e as tradições afro-brasileiras. É co-fundadora, junto com nativos da ilha, da Associação Luz Cultural de Boipeba e da Biblioteca de Boipeba.
